Top Bath Tiles Design

CEMENT STYLE

Cement flooring tiles select up the grey and "add just the correct quantity of pattern," says designer Daleet Spector of an understated bath. "And they're cool and fresh on bare feet. The area is lavish but in a very modern, understated way."

BLUE-ON-BLUE

A Nantucket beach home's blue master bathroom gets its airy look from high ceilings and walls painted a light blue. Designer Frank Roop attracted on the mosaic tile floor on a computer with CAD applications, and it was manufactured by Tile Showcase in 1 piece, like a carpet.

BUILT-IN FRAME

A geometric design encloses the mirror and sconces at a New York bathroom, with tile by Studium.

CIRCULAR PATTERN

The curved motif of Ann Sacks's Beau Monde Glass Mosaics tile in this San Francisco master bath echos the round stool and Roman shade.

HEXAGONAL PATTERN

"I wanted play!" Says designer SuzAnn Kletzien of the daring en suite bathroom. The effect begins with a dynamic hexagonal-tile "carpet" by Artistic Tile. In Thassos marbles and Nero Marquina White, it's a luxe version of penny-tile that is conventional.
